Επίσκεψη Γάλλων Διευθυντών για παρακολούθηση εργασίας στο πλαίσιο του Erasmus+
Κατά την εβδομάδα 7-11 Οκτωβρίου 2024, το Α’ Αρσάκειο Τοσίτσειο Λύκειο Εκάλης, σε συνεργασία με το Γυμνάσιο Δροσιάς, είχε την χαρά να υποδεχθεί επτά Διευθυντές Γυμνασίων και Λυκείων από τη Γαλλία, μέσω του προγράμματος Erasmus+, στο πλαίσιο ατομικής κινητικότητας για παρακολούθηση εργασίας (jobshadowing). Η δράση πραγματοποιήθηκε μετά από πρόταση της Σχολικής Συμβούλου κ. Μαρίας Φουσέκα και απεδείχθη μία εξαιρετική ευκαιρία αλληλογνωριμίας και ανταλλαγής απόψεων.
Οι Γάλλοι φιλοξενούμενοι κκ. Isabelle Atchapa (Lycée Maurice Genevoix, Ingré, Orleans-Tours), Caroline Mondon (Bordeaux Collège), Nora Aitssain (Collège Pierre-Gilles de Gennes, Petite- Forêt, Lille), Azzedine Saoucha (Lycée Blaise Pascal, Villemomble, Creteil), Laid Amrani (Lycée Camille Claudel, Pontault- Combault, Creteil), Guillaume Schiffmann (Collège de la Cammer, Kedange Sur Kammer, Grand Est, Nancy-Metz) και Fouley Koita (Collège Miriam Makeba, Aubervilliers, Paris) παρακολούθησαν πρόγραμμα συναντήσεων, συζητήσεων και παρουσιάσεων στο Α΄ Τοσίτσειο Λύκειο.
Αρχικά η υποδιευθύντρια κ. Ε. Δοδοπούλουσυζήτησε με τους φιλοξενούμενους για την οργάνωση του σχολείου, τις υποδομές, τα διδακτικά αντικείμενα, θέματα διοικητικής, διδακτικής και παιδαγωγικής φύσεως, την πλατφόρμα e-arsakeio, τους ομίλους και τις δράσεις εξωστρέφειας του σχολείου. Οι καθηγητές κ. Εμμ. Φραγκουλοπούλου και κ. Μ. Σαρρής παρουσίασαν τις εθελοντικές, θεατρικές και περιβαλλοντικές δράσεις, η κ. Μ. Γιαννάκη θέματα σχετικά με τη διδασκαλία των ξένων γλωσσών και τo MUN, η κ. Ι. Κούρτη τις συμβουλευτικές υπηρεσίες και την οργάνωση του επαγγελματικού προσανατολισμού, ο κ. Αγγ. Κυριακόπουλος θέματα υποστήριξης, πειθαρχίας και καθοδήγησης των μαθητών καθώς και τον θεσμό του Συμβούλου Σχολικής Ζωής και η κ. Κ. Πρεβενιού τις καλλιτεχνικές -εικαστικές δραστηριότητες του σχολείου. Ο κ. Ι. Κουμεντάκης παρουσίασε τη σχολική βιβλιοθήκη και την παλαιότατη Γαλλική έκδοση του έργου του Αριστοτέλους Περί Ζώων Μορίων που φιλοξενεί η βιβλιοθήκη. Οι φιλοξενούμενοι επισκέφθηκαν,επίσης, την ομάδα των φιλολόγων κατά την ώρα του Συντονισμού Φιλολογικών Μαθημάτων, όπου η κ. Μ. Δουζίνα, Συντονίστρια Φιλολόγων Λυκείου, τους μίλησε για το έργο του Συντονισμού. Ακολούθησε γεύμα το οποίο προσέφερε ο Διευθυντής του Α’ Τοσιτσείου Λυκείου κ. Χρήστος Δευτεραίος, που συνοδευόμενος από την καθηγήτρια Γαλλικής κ. Β. Γούναρη είχε την ευκαιρία να γνωρίσει καλύτερα τους επισκέπτες και να συζητήσει μαζί τους για ποικίλα θέματα.
Την Πέμπτη 10 Οκτωβρίου 2024, οι Γάλλοι Διευθυντές επισκέφθηκαν το Γυμνάσιο Δροσιάς, όπου τους υποδέχθηκε η Διευθύντρια κ. Ειρ. Πολίτη και ο Σύλλογος των Διδασκόντων με τα μέλη του οποίου οι Γάλλοι εκπαιδευτικοί είχαν την ευκαιρία να έχουν σύντομη ανταλλαγή απόψεων. Οι κυρίες Μπέσυ Γιαννοπούλου και Έλλη Τζαβάρα παρουσίασαν όψεις της σχολικής ζωής. Στη συνέχεια έγινε συγκριτική παρουσίαση, από τη Διευθύντρια, της διάρθρωσης της εκπαίδευσης, των διδασκόμενων μαθημάτων και της εν γένει λειτουργίας ενός δημόσιου ελληνικού σχολείου σε σχέση με το γαλλικό σύστημα. Στη συζήτηση δόθηκε έμφαση στη διαχείριση των μαθητών με Ειδικές Εκπαιδευτικές Ανάγκες και Μαθησιακές Δυσκολίες και κρουσμάτων σχολικού εκφοβισμού καθώς επίσης στην προετοιμασία των σχολείων για ενδεχόμενες φυσικές καταστροφές. Η συζήτηση επεκτάθηκε στα καθήκοντα και τις αρμοδιότητες των στελεχών της εκπαίδευσης και το ρόλο της ηγεσίας στη διαμόρφωση θετικού κλίματος στη σχολική μονάδα όπως και σε άλλα θέματα κοινού ενδιαφέροντος.
Η επίσκεψη των Γάλλων εκπαιδευτικών ολοκληρώθηκε με γεύμα που παρέθεσε η Αντιδήμαρχος Παιδείας και Αθλητισμού κ. Βόνη Βιθυνού εκ μέρους του Δήμου Διονύσου, στο οποίο εκπροσωπήθηκαν το Α΄ Αρσάκειο Τοσίτσειο ΓΕΛ και το Γυμνάσιο Δροσιάς. Γύρω από το φιλόξενο ελληνικό τραπέζι, γεμάτο με παραδοσιακά εδέσματα, δόθηκε η ευκαιρία για γόνιμη και ευχάριστη συζήτηση.
Οι Γάλλοι επισκέπτες είχαν, ακόμη, την ευκαιρία να γνωρίσουν την ελληνική ιστορία, να δουν όψεις και σημεία ιδιαίτερου ενδιαφέροντος της σύγχρονης Αθήνας και και να περιηγηθούν στα σημαντικότερα μνημεία της, για μία επιτόπια γνωριμία με τον αρχαίο και σύγχρονο Ελληνικό πολιτισμό. Επισκέφθηκαν επίσης την Ύδρα με συντρόφους τον ήλιο και τον καλό καιρό.
Η επίσκεψη αυτή έδωσε στους εκπαιδευτικούς και στους εμπλεκόμενους φορείς της τοπικής αυτοδιοίκησης την ευκαιρία για μια γόνιμη ανταλλαγή απόψεων και καλών πρακτικών με τους εκπροσώπους της Γαλλικής εκπαίδευσης και κουλτούρας, με την οποία ο σύγχρονος ελληνικός πολιτισμός συνδέεται με ακατάλυτους δεσμούς, από τον καιρό του Διαφωτισμού και της Ελληνικής Επανάστασης ακόμη. Ελλάδα και Γαλλία υπήρξαν ανέκαθεν σπουδαίες πηγές του Ευρωπαϊκού πολιτισμού και ανθρωπισμού και της φιλελεύθερης, δημοκρατικής σκέψης και σημαντικά μέλη της Ευρωπαϊκής οικογένειας.
Στη μνήμη και στην καρδιά μας θα μείνουν χαραγμένα το χαμόγελο, η ζεστασιά και η ευγένεια των επισκεπτών μας, που άφησαν μία αξέχαστη εντύπωση με την εμβρίθεια, τον επαγγελματισμό και την συγκρότησή τους. Ευχόμαστε αυτή η επίσκεψη εργασίας να αφήσει και σε εκείνους όμορφες αναμνήσεις και να τροφοδοτήσει μία μακρόχρονη συνεργασία με τους ίδιους και τα σχολεία τους.
Visit of French Directors for Job shadowing in the context of Erasmus+
During the week of October 7-11, 2024, the A’ Arsakeio Tositseio Lyceum of Ekali, in Athens, Greece, in collaboration with the Drosia High School, had the pleasure of welcoming seven Middle School and High School Principals from France, through the Erasmus+ program, in the context of individual mobility for job shadowing. The activity was carried out following the proposal of the School Counselor Mrs. Maria Fouseka and proved to be an excellent opportunity to get to exchange opinions and compare the French and Greek educational system.
The French guests Ms. Isabelle Atchapa (Lycée Maurice Genevoix, Ingré, Orleans-Tours), Caroline Mondon (Bordeaux Collège), Nora Aitssain (Collège Pierre-Gilles de Gennes, Petite-Forêt, Lille), Azzedine Saoucha (Lycée Blaise Pascal, Villemomble, Creteil), Laid Amrani (Lycée Camille Claudel, Pontault-Combault, Creteil), Guillaume Schiffmann (Collège de la Cammer, Kedange Sur Kammer, Grand Est, Nancy-Metz) and Fouley Koita (Collège Miriam Makeba, Aubervilliers, Paris) attended a program of meetings, discussions and presentations at the A’ Tositseio Lyceum.
Initially, the vice-principal Mrs. E. Dodopoulou discussed with the guests about the organization of the school, the infrastructure, the teaching subjects, administrative, teaching and pedagogical issues, the e-arsakeio platform, the afternoon educational groups and the school’s extracurricular activities. The professors Mr. Emm. Frangoulopoulou and Mr. M. Sarris presented the voluntary, theatrical and environmental actions, Mrs. M. Giannaki presented topics related to the teaching of foreign languages and MUN, Mrs. I. Kourti presented the consulting services and the organization of career orientation, Mr. A. Kyriakopoulos made a presentation of the internal regulation of the school and the work of the School Life Advisors and Mrs. K. Preveniou presented the artistic activities of the school. Mrs Fragkoulopoulou and Mrs Preveniou also created small gifts for the visitors using the 3D printer to create key chains figuring the ancient theatre of Epidavros. Finally, Mr. I. Koumentakis presented the school library and a very old French edition of Aristotle’s work About Animals, owned by the Arsakeio library. The guests also visited the group of philologists during the Philology Course Coordination, where Mrs. M. Douzina, Coordinator of Humanitarian Studies, spoke to them about the work of the Coordinators. This was followed by a lunch offered by the Principal of the A’ Tositseio Lyceum, Mr. Christos Defteraios, who, accompanied by the French teacher, Mrs. V. Gounari, had the opportunity to get to know the guests better and discuss various topics with them.
On Thursday, October 10th, 2024, the French Principals visited the Drosia High School, where they were welcomed by the Principal Mrs. Eir. Politi and the teachers. The French principals had the opportunity to have a brief exchange of views with them. Mrs. Bessy Yiannopoulou and Elli Tzavara presented aspects of school life. Then there was a comparative presentation, by Mrs Politi, of the structure of education, the courses taught and the general operation of a public Greek school in relation to the French system. The discussion focused on the management of students with Special Educational Needs and Learning Difficulties and cases of school bullying as well as the preparation of schools for potential natural disasters. The discussion extended to the duties and responsibilities of education executives and the role of leadership in shaping a positive climate in the school, as well as other issues of common interest.
The visit of the French teachers ended with a lunch hosted by the Deputy Mayor of Education and Sports Mrs. Voni Vithynou on behalf of the Municipality of Dionysos. Around the welcoming Greek table, filled with traditional dishes, the opportunity was given for fruitful and pleasant conversation.
The French visitors also had the opportunity to get to know the Greek history, to see aspects of special interest of modern Athens and to tour its most important monuments, for an on-the-spot acquaintance with ancient and modern Greek culture. They also visited Hydra island with the sun and good weather as companions.
This visit gave the teachers and the municipality of Dionysos representatives the opportunity for a fruitful exchange of opinions and good practices with the representatives of French education and culture, with which the modern Greek culture is linked, since the time of the Enlightenment and of the Greek Revolution even. Greece and France have always been great sources of European culture and humanism and liberal, democratic values and are therefore important members of the European family united by unbreakable ties.
The smile, warmth and kindness of our guests, who left an unforgettable impression with their thoroughness, professionalism and organization, will remain in our memory and in our hearts. We hope that this working visit will leave them with beautiful memories and fuel a long-term collaboration with them and their schools.
